Healing PCOS

I have PCOS and have experimented with various low carb diets as a strategy to losing weight and regulating my cycles. Unfortunately, I have been on a low carb, low fat diet for quite a while and developed a seretonin imbalance which led to depression, anxiety and severe PMS. I began healing myself with what I now realise are nourishing traditions.
